320 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 320 platform. By registering or using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above in Malaysia only.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 320 platform at 320.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 320 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the 320 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
The 320 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 320 platform, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. 320 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 320 platform, you agree to abide by all applicable usage rules. The platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or relevant international law.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 320's systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Spreading false or misleading information that could damage the reputation of 320 or its users.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or attempts to exploit the platform's payment systems.
- Sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to access your account.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 320 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 320 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is involved in the deposit or withdrawal process for Malaysian users.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, bank transfers via FPX (supporting major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and others), as well as other local digital wallets available from time to time. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen, ranging from near-instant to up to 15 minutes.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals from your 320 account are subject to the completion of any required account verification. New users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. Once verified, withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated at the time of application. 320 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that raises security concerns or is suspected to involve fraudulent activity.
Bonus & Rollover Terms
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to your account is subject to the rollover requirements specified at the time of crediting. You must fulfil these rollover requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover terms will be displayed in your account when the bonus is credited.
Platform Liability Limits
The 320 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's performance, accuracy, or availability at any given time. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 320 and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
320 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:
- The user violates any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Users suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities conducted through the platform.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period as defined by the platform's internal policy.
- Requests from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
- Users found to hold multiple accounts or to be sharing an account with another party.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method once the review process is complete. For accounts closed due to a terms violation, 320 reserves the right to withhold the relevant balance depending on the nature of the violation.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 320 platform — including but not limited to interface design, text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of 320 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 320 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the third party's content, products, or services. 320 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites.
Changes to Terms
320 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
